Photographs of the mine rescue operation – the three rigs A, B and C – are either up for viewing now, or are on their way. Included are some exclusive pictures of the rescue’s leaders, including Andre Sougarette (overall in charge), Felippe Matthews (who found the miners alive after 17 days of searching), Igor and Mijali Proestakis of Plan B – and North America’s hero of the moment, Brandon Fisher. More images – of the rescue apparatus, Camp Esperanza and operations to keep the miners alive via the Paloma system – are on their way.
